and to be aware.

Healing is touching,

to be touched,

and to have contact with each other.

Healing is awareness.

To thank,

and to love.

Healing is self-examination,

to apologize,

and to overhaul.

* * *

Healing is to live without regretting.

To forgive,

and to live in future.

* * *

Healing is looking up at the sky

during the daytime, and night,

and to be aware of the existence

of morning sunlight.

Healing is talking.

To act,

and to have courage.

* * *

Healing is looking forward,

backward, right, left, up and down.

Healing is to look inside,

and to look at yourself looking at you.

Healing is sleeping.

To have dreams,

and to live in dreams.

Healing is believing.

* * *

Healing is to thank.

* * *

Healing is to love.

* * *

Healing is to nourish the soil

and be thankful to the rainfall.

Basking beneath the sun.

Healing is listening to birds' song,

to listen to the sounds of the wind,

and to listen to true feelings.

Healing is like water,

becoming foul when you pool

but clean when you let it flow.

Healing is light.

The light which does not hide in watery cloud,

shining even in the night without any star,

shining bright into the eyes

of the mind every day and night.

Healing is to hold hands,

hugging each other,

connecting our heart and mind,

and to exchange hug between our soul.

You can’t find healing in just asking.

You can’t find healing in dependence.

Healing is something inside.

Healing is to adjust orbit

of your planet

within your conscious universe.

Healing is seeing you.

Healing is to see you smile.

Healing is that I can be besides you.

Healing is that you become healthy.

Healing is your wellness.

Healing is that you could

feel happiness.

Healing is the fact that

you are here and alive.

Healing is that you are living.

Healing is that you share my feeling.
